Do I have to show up at a certain time or place?
You can go through this course whenever and however it works for you.
How long will I have to complete the course?
You have lifetime access to the course. (Lifetime means: as long as the course is available.)
How much time does each lesson take?
You can go through the content for each lesson in under an hour. The teaching videos averages 20-30 minutes. The time to complete the exercises averages between 15-45 minutes and is really an individual process.
Do I have to participate in a group?
No, this course is completely private and confidential.
How do I know this course works?
Everything in this course is something I have used, applied, implemented and grown from. The content has also been used with individual coaching clients and in group coaching. Like anything, you will get as much out of this course as you put into it. If you implement and integrate what you are learning into your way of thinking and your life, you will gain increased awareness, experience mindset shifts and growth and experience results.
How do I access the Bonus?
