Our coaching work integrates practical strategies, thoughtful reflection, and what I refer to as the “internal work” such as identifying, examining, and exploring core beliefs, patterns, and habits which influence your current life experience. Together, we approach this process with openness, intentionality, and faith - inviting the guidance of the Holy Spirit as we discern your next aligned steps.
Coaching is a collaborative partnership. I come alongside you to listen, equip, encourage, support, and guide you through a thoughtful and creative process designed to help you maximize your personal and professional potential. You set the goals and direction; I provide structure, tools, feedback, and accountability.

My role as a trained Christian Life Coach and Certified 7 Types of Rest® Facilitator and Wellbeing Consultant is to provide structured guidance, practical transformation frameworks, and relevant tools and resources - together with Spirit-led coaching support - to help you gain clarity, take aligned action, and achieve meaningful results.
Nature of Coaching Services
Coaching services are not therapy, counseling, medical care, legal advice, or financial advisory services. Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health, medical, or legal support when needed.
You are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. By entering into this agreement, you agree not to hold the Coach or any affiliated company liable for outcomes resulting directly or indirectly from the coaching process.

As the Client, You Agree To:

Maintain financial responsibility for scheduled coaching time
Appointments missed without at least 48-hour notice may be counted as completed sessions. When possible, alternate arrangements such as written coaching follow-up may be offered at the Coach’s discretion.
Coaching Philosophy
Our coaching approach affirms that you possess the courage, capacity, and Spirit-empowered resources needed to navigate your current life circumstances. Through our coaching partnership, you will take intentional steps that support meaningful change and measurable results.
Coaching Structure
Your coaching program includes two sessions per month, scheduled at a consistent day and time during the second and fourth weeks of each month. Sessions are conducted via Zoom and are 45 minutes in length.
Between sessions, coaching momentum is supported through written session recaps and follow-up tools designed to reinforce insight, progress, and accountability.

Between sessions, you may submit questions, updates, or wins through your Client Portal log or approved communication channel for timely response.
Private Client Portal Access
You will receive secure access to a Private Client Portal containing coaching tools, worksheets, resources, schedules, and session preparation materials. This portal supports both pre-session preparation and post-session integration so coaching continues beyond each call.
Access credentials will be provided at the start of coaching.
Confidentiality
All client information shared within the coaching relationship will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without written permission, except where required by law.
Testimonials may be used only with your written consent. You may request anonymity.
Confidential information does not include information that:

Was previously known without confidentiality obligation

Is publicly available

Is independently developed without access to client data

Is lawfully obtained from a third party
If disclosure is legally required, the Coach will provide notice when reasonably permitted.
Payment Terms
Total Investment: $1,800 USD
Payment is due upon enrollment and at least 72 hours before the first scheduled session.

Program Commitment
Lasting transformation typically develops through consistent engagement over time. This agreement reflects a 3-month (6-session) commitment, and pricing is secured for that period. Client agrees to remain engaged for the full program duration.
Participation Guarantee
Your success depends on your commitment and active participation. If you fully engage in the coaching process and determine within the first 30 days that the experience is not a fit, you may request a refund of your program fee, minus non-refundable processing fees.
Full participation includes attending sessions, completing agreed actions, and engaging with provided tools and exercises.
If sessions are missed or commitments are not followed, results cannot be guaranteed.
